Implants for a beautiful laugh.
Implants are artificial tooth roots that are usually anchored in the jawbones by minimal, low-risk surgery. Dental crowns and bridges can be securely fastened to the artificial roots (made of titanium). If you lose one or more teeth, the treatment of the gaps through an implant-supported denture is a proven, non-invasive method that offers many advantages.
For implants, we offer additional treatment options listed below.

Single-tooth implant
Some teeth that have been lost due to accidents, periodontal disease, tooth decay or following an unsuccessful root canal treatment or root resection can be replaced by the introduction of an implant with a dental crown. Such a prosthesis is perfectly firm and shaped like a natural tooth. The tooth colour of the ceramic is adapted to the colour of the adjacent teeth and the teeth rows are perfectly aligned.
Implant-supported dental bridge
If several teeth are missing, the gap can be closed with an implant-supported fixed bridge, without having to grind healthy adjacent teeth and without removable dentures. With implant dental bridges, aesthetics and chewing comfort are excellent.
Toothless jaw
For patients who already wear a prosthesis, but are dissatisfied with the denture retention, an implant-supported prosthesis can be provided. Fasteners are screwed onto the implants the inserted into the jaw implants on which the prosthesis is securely locked into place and is attached firmly.
With the so-called “All-on-Four” method, a fixed prosthesis with only four implants per jaw is possible and usually requires no bone augmentation. Temporary bridges are screwed on the implants, followed after three months, by the final bridges usually made of zirconia ceramic. Recent scientific studies show a very high success rate for implant bridges using the “All-on-Four” technique.
More and more patients want implant treatment, which requires no removable dentures and creates “fixed teeth” that amount to natural teeth in look and feel. Today’s technology offers solutions that are comfortable and safe.
Sinus lift: Raising the floor of the maxillary sinus
A sinus lift is defined as the bone augmentation in the maxillary sinus. Following tooth loss in the posterior region of the maxilla, very often too little bone substance is present. In order to anchor implants, bone material will be established in the area of the maxillary sinus.
Bone augmentation: Bone build-up
After tooth loss, bone is resorbed (degraded). However, this is absolutely necessary for an implantation and can be rebuild using modern techniques. For this purpose, bone substitute material of natural origin is used. This “artificial bone” is replaced gradually over the course of about 6 months by regrowth of the patient’s own bone. After such healing procedure, the implant can be placed.
Fixed teeth in one day
With few remaining teeth or complete adontia, we can usually still provide you with implant-supported dentures. With our special concept “fixed teeth in one day” this is usually possible without elaborate bone formation. This requires the development of specific implant surfaces that allow a particularly rapid healing and an increased stability of the implant in the bone.
Concentration of growth factors from own blood
To shorten the often uncomfortable healing period for the patient following implantation, latest developments aim to accelerate wound healing through the delivery of growth factors which are obtained from the patient’s own blood.
